Why our after camps and art classes sell out!

What child doesn't want to go to Paris, explore Hogwarts Castle, create your own slime, or tie dye AND silk screen your own t-shirt?

We spend ubers of hours researching, brainstorming and testing out projects, so your child will be completely entertained. Our camps are fun, innovative, creative and sometimes messy.

AND... (this is a biggie)You don't have to commit to a full day.The weekly art camps fill up real fast, and our morning art camps are almost all sold out.

A quick Q&A or our most popular questions about our summer art camp is here this monday to answer yours:

Customer After Camp Question #1:

Your camp is for ages 5-13, don't you feel this age range is too large for your camp? Will my 12 year old feel too old?

Our simple response to #1:

No we do not. We have been running art classes and camps for seven years now, and the age range doesn't matter. The real Fact is it works seemlessly. The majority of our campers are so immersed in the process of art making, the age differences don't even occur to them. Our older campers obvious have a higher ability and treat their projects with a different level of complexity then our younger artists, but they are a continual source of inspiration for each other.

Customer Camp Question #2:

I see you have weekly sign ups. Can I sign up my child for just a couple

of days?

Our response to #2:

The afternoon art camp at the Long Beach Rec, is only weekly sign registration and is finished this week. Our morning afternoon art camp at Earth Arts, is also a weekly sign up camp, but does allow daily sign ups if a week does not sell out. Daily sign ups registration opens the Friday before camp. We have 2 more fun morning camps to end summer 2017 with.

Customer Camp Question #3:

What will my child make in your art camps?

A bit longer response #3:

Our morning art camp is based on a theme. The theme changes each week. We create projects with pottery, clay, canvas and crafts with the week's theme in mind. For example, our Harry Potter week, consisted of Hogwarts Castle banks, butterbeer mugs, magic wands, Hogwarts Canvas, spell books etc. Each week campers create about 10 and sometimes more different projects.

The afternoon rec art camp focuses on a medium. The majority of the projects concentrate on the weekly medium like painting or drawing. Although it may be Sculpture week, there will be some journaling, and drawing of 3 dimensional ideas. Some of our mediums are more processed focused, so our campers may take longer completing them. Each week the amount of projects will vary due to the weekly medium.

So what can I still sign my child up for?
